What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, complementary practice that uses light touch or hands held slightly above the body. It is based on the concept of universal life energy, which is believed to flow through all living beings.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands on or just above specific areas of the body in a series of gentle positions. Most clients find the experience soothing, restorative, and deeply relaxing.

$150 for 45 mins Reiki Healing Session (in person or distal healing)
