What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of alternative healing that involves using the practitioner’s hands to transfer healing energy to the patient’s body. It is based on the principle that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things, and that when this energy is blocked, it can lead to physical, emotional, and mental imbalances.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands on or near the client’s body, allowing the energy to flow through them and into the client. They may feel a warmth or tingling sensations, as well as a sense of relaxation and peace. It’s a simple, natural and gentle universal energy of healing.

Reiki can be used to help heal past traumas and anxiety by releasing blocked energy and promoting balance within the body. Traumatic experiences can create energetic blockages in the body, which can lead to physical, emotional, and mental imbalances. Reiki can help to release these blockages, allowing the energy to flow freely and promoting healing.
